Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and the Publisher of Nozomi Games named at the bottom of this page (“we”, “us”). They apply to every game we publish and to this website. By playing one of our games you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not play.

Using our games

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. When you download a game from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the game or these terms.

Purchases and virtual items

• Some games offer optional purchases, such as removing ads, coins or cosmetic items. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy.
• Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple’s refund process.
• Coins, boosters and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and can only be used in the game they belong to. You receive a licence to use them, not ownership.
• If a purchase does not arrive, use the game’s restore option or write to us.

Ads

Some games are free because they show ads. Ads you watch for a reward are always optional. Ad partners are listed in each game’s Privacy Policy.

Accounts and things you create

Some games let you create an account or share content with other players, such as notes in Cozy Cafe Together. You are responsible for what you share. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexual. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Play fair

Do not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs on purpose, interfere with our servers, or copy, modify or reverse-engineer our games, except where the law expressly allows it. If you find a bug, we would love to hear about it.

Changes to the games

We work on our games all the time. We may add, change or remove features or content, and we may eventually stop offering a game. If we stop offering a game that sold you something you have not been able to use, we will act fairly and as the law requires.

Our responsibility

We make our games with care, but we provide them “as is” and cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer in your country.

Ending

You can stop playing at any time and delete a game from your device. Games with accounts let you delete your account from inside the game. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
